Shipping & returns
The orders at Mirjam Horse Products are sent with DPD. If all products in your order are in stock, your order will be delivered within four working days . If the products have to be reordered by us, the delivery time will be ten working days. By appointment it is possible to collect the products in Westerhoven, this is free of charge. Please contact customer service to make an appointment.
Our shipping costs within the Netherlands are €5,-. Outside the Netherlands we have to charge a shipping rate of €8,-. If place an order above €100 (Netherlands) or €150 (Belgium, Germany, France) the products will be delivered free of charge.
Are you in a hurry with your order? For urgent orders, contact us by telephone. The products of Foran Equine that are not in stock with us, can possibly be delivered within four working days.
The package has not been received
If the first delivery attempt fails, DPD will deliver your package to the nearest Pickup parcel shop. On the non-home message, which was left for you by the driver, you can read where you can pick up your package. Have you not received a package and a non-home message after the final delivery date? Then contact our customer service so we can sort it out for you.
The product is damaged
Was your item damaged upon delivery? Then please contact our customer service. We will help you out.
I have a new address
At Mirjam Horse Products you can easily change your address on your account dashboard. Log in at the top of the page with your e-mail address and password, then you can change both your billing and delivery address.
I want to return my order
Have you ordered the wrong product? Please contact us to return your order. Please note that opened products cannot be returned.
